Local Delivery

Free local delivery within Singapore.

Once your order is confirmed, our staff will contact you within 1-3 days to schedule delivery time at your earliest convenience. Depending on customer requests and our logistic resources, the average delivery period is usually within 3 working days from order confirmation.

Any amendments or cancellation of confirmed delivery should be made 1 day before the delivery date. Kindly contact our customer care desk  or +65 67483135 on Mondays – Fridays 9am to 5pm for assistance.

 

International Delivery

Malaysia

Pet Connexion uses GDExpress and DHL express service for deliveries to both West and East Malaysia.

Our delivery charge includes the shipping cost, import tax and duties. Depending on the item purchased and delivery location, the estimate delivery charge usually range from $100 – $300 for West Malaysia and $200 – $500 for East Malaysia.

Other Countries

For other countries, kindly contact our customer care desk  or +65 67483135 on Mondays – Fridays 9am to 5pm for shipping rates and arrangement.

Notes

Once shipping arrangement is confirmed and paid, a confirmation email with your order and shipping details will be sent to you. This will contain an invoice number of the purchased item(s), its price value together with  the tracking number of the item purchased.

Depending on the shipping location, the average delivery period is usually within 1 week for Malaysia and 2 weeks for other countries.

Alternatively, customer can also opt to use their own shipping agent. Please contact our customer service desk to coordinate this arrangement.

Undelivered Item

To ensure successful delivery of your order, please ensure information provided is correct at the point of checkout during your purchase.

An incorrect or incomplete address may result in your package being returned to Pet Connexion LLP, leading to a non-delivery or late delivery to you.

Note: For purchased package that are returned due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided, or abandoned by your local postal office, will only be resent / re-delivered to the customer at the customer’s expense.

For Local deliveries/ Postage ~ after 8 working days
For International ~ after 28 working days
