Delivery Information

Delivery Charges

For Local (Singapore) deliveries:
Free delivery for order SGD $100 and above.
Otherwise, there will be a charge of SGD$30 for home delivery.

For deliveries outside Singapore:
It is chargeable to customer according to the prevailing shipment rates.

Delivery Time

For Singapore home deliveries, our operating hours are from 1pm – 9pm daily. On public holidays, operating hours are from 1pm – 4pm.

(a) All purchases must provide correct delivery location, recipient name and contact number.

(b) Amendments or cancellation of confirmed orders must be done at least 1 working day before the delivery date. Kindly call our friendly customer service at +65 6748 3135 on Mondays to Fridays at 9am – 5.30pm for assistance.

(c) In the event of any unsuccessful delivery due to late notice of order amendment, cancellation or postponement by customer, or if nobody at home on the day of delivery, an admin fee of $10.00 will be imposed.

International Deliveries

Pet Connexion uses Registered Air Mail service and Air Parcel provided by SingPost and SpeedPost for all international deliveries.

The standard shipping time is between 7-15 working days,

(b) Method of shipment
(c) Shipping Area Zone

Estimated shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Purchases shall be released for shipment once full payment is received from customer. Pet Connexion LLP will ensure the integrity of the purchase(s) respectively.

Once payment is received, a confirmation email with your order details will be sent to you. This will contain an invoice number of the purchased item(s) and its price value. The tracking number of the shipment shall be issued and informed to customer once the purchased item has been dispatched via email.

Import Duties

All international purchases with Pet Connexion LLP do not include any prevailing DDU, duties, VAT or taxes.

There may be charges imposed by your country customs offices. These charges are to be borne by customer and settled independently at country custom offices.

Note: Pet Connexion LLP is not responsible for customers’ country import duty charges. We are not able to provide any information on country duties fee at the point of checkout.

Kindly check with your local government custom office for more information on such duties and taxes.

Undelivered Package

To ensure successful delivery of your order, please ensure information provided is correct at the point of checkout during your purchase.

An incorrect or incomplete address may result in your package being returned to Pet Connexion LLP, leading to a non-delivery or late delivery to you.

Note: For purchased package that are returned due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided, or abandoned by your local postal office, for whatever reason, will only be resent / re-delivered to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges & Returns

Exchanges & Returns

Pet Connexion LLP strives to provide our customers with products that are in good quality and working condition.


* We can provide exchanges of defective products that are caused by manufacturers’ defects.

* The defective product(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition. (Unused and unsoiled)

* Exchanges for another product is not allowed unless Pet Connexion is not able to process for the same product exchange, due to defective product(s) being out-of-stock. Customer can have the option to choose similar specification product from existing or past collection, or store credits.

* Customer is encouraged to check your products(s) immediately upon package arrival.

* For wrong product(s) received, kindly inform us within 3 days upon receiving product(s) and return the product (s) to us within 7 days at our office no.155 Kallang Way #03-01/02 Singapore 349244.


Pet Connexion LLP will not be liable for postage or shipping cost for exchange or returns product(s).

For postage, please opt for registered postage return to our office. Pet Connexion shall not be liable to any missing return package from customer.

For shipping logistic agent, customer can opt to use their own shipping agent and provide us the tracking number for our reference.
